Student ACES (ACE) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring every student to achieve a foundation of honor, character and integrity that will leave a positive and permanent impression on their teams, schools and communities. By believing in their ability to be great, we create an environment that builds off their strengths as students, athletes, and community members. They aspire to be leaders; we provide the building blocks to get them there.
Student ACES is dedicated to meeting students where they are in life, acknowledging the barriers and challenges they face while believing in their innate ability to overcome those challenges and achieve success. Student ACES was founded in 2013 with 32 students and to date has served over 27,500 high school student athletes through our programs.

We Facilitate Safe Learning Spaces
In 2016, we initiated the Femme Agenda, an ambitious vision to end the feminization of poverty by organizing to empower low-income Black and brown women, girls and femmes. This approach reflects the reality that women, girls and femmes of color are disproportionately burdened by economic and racial injustice, and the belief that the contributions and needs of women, girl and femmes must be the basis for a social justice agenda across Miami Dade and the state of Florida.
In order to advance the Femme Agenda, the Miami Workers Center employs Campaigns to address systemic causes of the feminization and Programs to organize and empower low-income Black and brown women, girls and femmes.
We work to unite and grow the power of low income immigrants and African-Americans women, girl and femmes from some of the most vulnerable neighborhoods of Miami, such as Liberty City, Overtown, Wynwood, Appalatah and Little Havana, and challenge the powers that benefit from our exploitation and oppression.
